Reformer

   Reformer Pilates provides resistance & assistance helping to strengthen muscles, improve endurance and increase    flexibility. The exercises on the reformer can be modified to suit different fitness levels and goals from gentle stretching and rehab work to high intensity strength training.

Group and private reformer sessions are available.

Reformer Signature

Reformer Signature classes offer a comprehensive and dynamic workout, blending classical and contemporary exercises to improve strength and balance. With the option to incorporate props for added challenges and precision, this class guarantees an invigorating and fulfilling experience.

 

Reformer Gentle 

Reformer Gentle classes provide a perfect option for those seeking a gentler approach to Pilates. Suitable for beginners, these classes also offer additional challenges for those looking to take their practice to the next level, while still incorporating the foundational principles of Pilates, including breath, concentration, control, precision, centre, and flow.

 

Reformer Cardio30

Get your heart pumping and burn calories with an invigorating and efficient 30-minute cardio-focused Reformer Pilates class that maintains the core principles of Pilates.

Mat

   Mat Pilates utilises body weight and sometimes small props such as resistance bands, rings, weights or balls to create resistance and support during exercises. Its is low impact and core focused. As with all methods of pilates, there is a strong emphasis on connecting with and engaging the deep abdominal muscles, pelvic floor, lower back and hips.

Group and private mat pilates sessions are available.

Pilates Balance

Strengthen and tone your body with our Pilates classes, designed to improve flexibility, posture, and core strength. Join us to experience the benefits of this low-impact exercise that focuses on controlled movements and breath control.

 

Pilates Stretch 

A pilates inspired class focusing on deep stretching and core strength. Improve your posture, release tension and leave feeling balanced and refreshed.

 

Pilates Energise

Get your heart pumping and body toned with our Pilates Cardio classes that offer an exhilarating blend of Pilates exercises and cardio workouts designed to challenge and energise you. Achieve strength, tone, and an invigorating sense of accomplishment in these fast-paced sessions.

 

Pilates Strength

Our Pilates Strength classes integrate the core principles of Pilates with the use of weights and props, creating a dynamic and challenging full-body workout that will enhance your strength, flexibility, and overall physique, aiding in achieving a toned body and optimising your Pilates practice.

Tower

Tower Pilates combines elements of both mat and spring resistance, focusing on full body strength, mobility, and flexibility, with the added benefit of deeper stretches and spinal decompression.

Group and private sessions are available.

Pre / Post Natal

   These classes will be tailored to support you and your changing body during pregnancy and after the birth. The groups are small and offer a supportive environment to connect with other expectant and new parents. Both pre-natal and post-natal classes will focus on improving your core strength, pelvic floor support, posture and balance alongside supporting emotional wellbeing.

Private sessions are also available.

 

Pre-Natal 

Prepare your body for the journey of pregnancy and birth with our 45-minute Pre-Natal Pilates class. This class offers a safe and calming space, these hybrid style sessions combine the benefits of Reformer and Mat exercises to support your changing body and connect you with other expectant mums.

 

Post-Partum

Reconnect and bond with baby in our calming Post Partum Pilates class, a 45-minute session that combines a hybrid mix of Reformer and Mat exercises in a supportive environment for new mums.

Yoga

  Yoga practices will allow for centering, using breathing techniques and sometimes meditation. Your yoga practice will encourage emotional wellbeing through self awareness, self acceptance and encouraging a deeper connection and inner calm. Yoga offered ranges from Vinyasa, known for its dynamic flowing sequences ranging to Restorative Yoga, focussing on gentle passive stretching allowing for deep relaxation and stress relief.

Group and private yoga sessions are available.

Beginners Yoga

Learn the fundamentals of yoga with our Beginners Yoga classes. Join us to develop strength, flexibility, and mindfulness in a welcoming and supportive environment.

 

Hatha Yoga

Hatha Yoga classes provide a comprehensive blend of physical postures and breathing techniques, fostering strength, flexibility, and tranquility. Immerse yourself in the harmonious benefits of this timeless yoga tradition.

 

Slow-Flow Yoga

Vinyasa Yoga
