Everyone is welcome at Sabai, regardless of experience. If you're new to Pilates or feeling a little unsure, our instructors take the time to guide you gently through the basics, ensuring you're on the same wavelength as the rest of the class and leave feeling strong, capable and empowered.

For those who prefer a slower introduction or more personalised support, we recommend starting with a Reformer - Gentle class or booking a one-to-one private session.

Sabai Studio offers a variety of movement classes in Altrincham, including Mat Pilates, Reformer Pilates, Tower and Stability Chair Pilates and Yoga. We also offer Pre-Natal and Post-PartumPilates, tailored to support your body safely during and after pregnancy.

Each class style offers something slightly different, depending on your goals and experience. Mat Pilates focuses on bodyweight strength and core control, Reformer Pilates uses a spring-based machine to add resistance and range of motion, and Tower Pilates blends mat work with spring-loaded bars for guided, supportive movement.
