Tower and Chair Pilates

Tower and Chair Pilates uses spring resistance and specialist equipment to support strength, mobility and control.
This dynamic Pilates format creates a varied, full-body workout that can be adapted for different abilities.
The Tower supports deeper stretches and spinal decompression, while the Chair, also known as the stability or wunda chair, encourages control, stability and powerful lower body engagement.
Group and private Tower and Chair Pilates classes are available at our Altrincham studio. On the timetable, this class is listed as a Fusion class.
