Tower and Chair Pilates

Tower & Chair Pilates combines the core principles of mat work with the added challenge of spring resistance and the versatility of the Pilates chair.
This fusion format is designed to build full-body strength, enhance mobility and improve balance, while offering a dynamic, varied workout every time.
The Tower supports deeper stretches and spinal decompression, while the Chair (also known as the stability or wunder chair) encourages control, stability and powerful lower-body engagement.
Group and private Tower & Chair Pilates classes are available at our Altrincham studio.
