Pre-Natal Pilates
Support your changing body and prepare for birth with our 45-minute Pre-Natal Pilates class. Blending Reformer and Mat exercises, this gentle session focuses on strength, stability and relaxation, while offering the chance to connect with other mums-to-be in a calm, supportive studio.
Post-Partum Pilates
Rebuild core strength and bond with your baby in our 45-minute Post-Partum Pilates class. These hybrid Mat and Reformer sessions help ease your body back into movement safely, improve posture and support recovery, all in a nurturing space designed for new mums.
