Classes
At Sabai Studio, we offer a variety of movement-based sessions designed to help you feel stronger, more connected and at ease in your body. Whether you're new to Pilates, returning after a break or looking to deepen your practice, our class options provide something to suit every individual.
The timetable includes sessions using the Reformer, mat-based classes, Tower Pilates and Pre-Natal and Post-Partum options. All classes are guided by experienced instructors in a peaceful setting, with limited numbers to ensure plenty of support, personalised guidance and thoughtful adjustments throughout.
