If you're new to Pilates or feeling a little unsure, our instructors take the time to guide you gently through the basics, ensuring you're on the same wavelength as the rest of the class and leave feeling strong, capable and empowered. For those who prefer a slower introduction or more personalised support, we recommend starting with a Reformer - Gentle class or booking a one-to-one private session.
