A day of pilates, coffee and market strolls in the beautiful market town of Altrincham
Altrincham is known for its modern market town feel, bustling food scene and strong sense of community.
For all of us here at Sabai Studio, there is no better way to enjoy it than starting with movement, fuelling up with good coffee, and spending time exploring everything our town has to offer. So, if you want some inspiration for a slow Sunday itinerary, here is our idea of the perfect day out in Altrincham.

Begin your day with Pilates at Sabai Studio
There is nothing better than setting the tone with a Pilates class. Whether you prefer Reformer Pilates, Tower + Chair Pilates or Mat Pilates, starting your morning with mindful movement gives you energy and balance for the day ahead.
Our boutique studio in the heart of Altrincham is the perfect place to connect with your body before heading out into the town.

Refuel with coffee ☕️
After class, a stop at one of Altrincham’s independent cafés is a must. The town is full of cosy spots where you can meet a friend and grab a flat white.
à bloc is famous for its fresh doughnuts and delicious brunch dishes, while SO Marrakech and Blanchflower are local favourites for speciality coffee in a relaxed setting.
If you are curious to try something different, Two Brothers Coffee offers a brew lab experience with pour-over, siphon and espresso drinks crafted to perfection.

Stroll through Altrincham Market 🛍️
No day out in Altrincham is complete without a visit to Altrincham Market. Packed with artisan stalls, fresh produce and street food, it is the buzzing heart of the town.
Whether you are picking up local cheese, browsing handmade crafts or enjoying the lively atmosphere, the market captures the best of community spirit.

Explore the shops and streets ✨
Altrincham is full of independent shops and boutiques that make it stand out from bigger towns. Head to the Stamford Quarter for a mix of high street favourites and smaller independents, then wander into Goose Green, a tucked-away square filled with quirky cafés and bars.
For unique finds, visit local boutiques such as Utility and IDAHO for gifts, clothing and accessories you will not see anywhere else.

End the day feeling refreshed 🧖🏻♀️
Whether you choose to finish with a sunset walk through nearby Stamford Park, a glass of wine with friends in Bar Etna, or you simply want to head home, a day in Altrincham always leaves you feeling uplifted.
