How to build healthy habits without pressure at Sabai Studio
Staying consistent with movement can sometimes feel harder than actually doing the workout itself. Life gets busy, routines change, and motivation naturally comes and goes...
That's exactly why we created the May Movement Challenge. It's a fun and supportive way to help people stay accountable, build confidence and enjoy moving their bodies throughout the month. Here's what it's all about:

How the May challenge works 🌿
The May Challenge runs across two consecutive weeks and encourages members to collect stamps by attending classes throughout the timetable.
Different class times earn different stamp amounts:
Morning and lunchtime classes = 1 stamp
Evening classes = 2 stamps
Mat Pilates classes = 2 stamps
The goal is to complete 14 classes across 2 weeks.
It is designed to motivate you to keep showing up while still allowing flexibility across different styles of movement and class times.
Rewards for completing 🎁
Of course, a little motivation never hurts.
Everyone who completes the challenge will receive a prize egg, along with entry into a prize draw to win a Sabai goodie bag filled with:
Grippy socks
A water bottle
A class pack to keep your movement going beyond May
The challenge is designed to make consistency feel fun, motivating and rewarding, while helping you build habits that last beyond the two weeks.
A chance to try different classes 💫
The challenge is also a great opportunity to explore more of the Sabai timetable.
You might find yourself trying a morning reformer session, winding down with Reset Yoga or stepping into a Tower and Chair class you may not have booked otherwise.
Exploring different styles can help keep movement feeling interesting while allowing you to discover what works best for your body.
