From celebrating International Women’s Day to welcoming the spring equinox, here’s what’s happening at the studio this March.
As the days start to feel lighter and the first signs of spring appear, March is the perfect time to refresh your routine and try something new. This month, our Altrincham studio brings a mix of community events, seasonal experiences and new additions to the timetable.
New Classes Coming Soon 🔥
Dynamic Duo combines the Reformer and Chair for a full body workout focused on strength, stability and control.
We’ll also be introducing Reformer Power, a strength focused reformer class blending strength training and endurance while maintaining the precision of Pilates.
Both classes will appear on the schedule from mid March, giving you new ways to challenge your practice and build strength.
New Booking System in March 💻
We're upgrading our booking system this month to make managing your classes easier and more seamless.
The new platform will offer a smoother booking experience, clearer access to your schedule and simpler class management.
We will be sharing all the details before the transition so you know exactly how to log in and book your sessions.
